商务谈判或商务发布口译多为交替传译形式，是会议口译的一种。担任商务谈判口译的译员须大方得体、了解一定的商务规则、熟悉商务词汇、讲究商务礼节、站稳谈判立场、适时融洽谈判气氛，帮助客户尽可能按照心意达成合作或达到发布目的。
